Absolutely not. I brush the factory wax and use organic conditioners and specific river mud. The grip comes from the leather texture, not a cheap sticky spray.

How long does shipping take?

I keep a small inventory of prepped balls ready to ship. If it's in stock, it ships within 24 hours. Custom team orders take 3-5 days.

Will this pass pre-game inspection?

Yes. My process creates a natural, seasoned look and feel. I do not use illegal adhesives or foreign substances.

What brands do you work on?

I specialize in Big Game USA and Wilson balls. Currently, I sell the Wilson GST as my main offering because I believe it is the best platform for my prep process.

How do I care for my prepped ball?

Keep it dry and store it at room temperature out of direct sun. Wipe field dirt off with a dry cloth after games. When the tack starts to fade late in the season, send it back for your free re-condition.

Phase 01

Prime

I ditch the slick factory finish without ever stripping the ball. Instead of sanding the wax away, I brush the factory wax into the leather to build a tacky foundation that holds up for an entire season.

Phase 02

Condition

A rich leather conditioner darkens the GST's pebbled hide and feeds the leather so it stays supple instead of drying out. This is what gives a GameGrip ball its deep, broken-in, game-worn look straight out of the box.

Mud

I work specific river-mud blends into the panels by hand to lock in tack and kill the last of the manufactured shine. This is the step that separates a genuinely mud-prepped football from a cheap sprayed-on imitation.
